How to edit pdf
- Choose the PDF and wait for the page to render.
- Click where you want text, or add an image, box or highlight. Drag anything to reposition it.
- Press Save to write your changes into a new PDF.
Questions
- Can I change the text that is already there?
- No — and no browser tool truly can. A PDF stores glyphs at fixed coordinates, not editable paragraphs. This adds new content on top. To rewrite existing text, convert to Word, edit, and export again.
- Will my additions be selectable text?
- Yes. Text you add is real text in the saved PDF, so it can be searched and copied.
