Refund Policy

What can be paid for

Every tool on this site is free to use. The only thing anyone pays for is balance, used for AI runs beyond the free ones included each day. Balance is bought in advance, in whatever amount you choose, and it is spent a fraction of a cent at a time as you use it. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds within 14 days

If you are not happy with a payment, email us within 14 days of the date you were charged and we will refund that payment in full, whether or not you have used some of it. Tell us the email address you paid with. You do not have to give a reason.

Unused balance, at any time

After 14 days we refund whatever is left unused on your account, at any time and for any reason. Balance that has already been spent on AI runs has paid for work that was done and is not refunded.

If something went wrong

If a run failed, produced nothing usable, or charged you for something you did not get, write to us and we will put it right — a refund or the balance back on your account, whichever you prefer. This is separate from the 14 days and has no time limit.

How refunds are paid

Orders are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every payment. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, and the matching balance is removed from your account. Your bank may take several business days to show a refund once it has been issued.
