Dummy Text
Placeholder copy in eight scripts — Latin, English, Bengali, Hindi, Arabic and more.
Runs in your browser — nothing uploaded
How to dummy text
- Choose a script — Latin, English, Bengali, Hindi, Arabic and more.
- Set how many paragraphs or words you need.
- Copy the result into your design.
Questions
- Why does the script matter?
- Because Latin filler lies to you about non-Latin layouts. Bengali and Devanagari are taller and need more line height; Arabic runs right to left. Testing a design with the wrong script hides the problems until real content arrives.
- Is the text meaningful?
- No, deliberately. Placeholder text should not be readable, or people review the words instead of the layout.
