Fill PDF Forms
Detect the fields in a form, fill them in, and save it — flattened or still editable.
Runs in your browser — nothing uploadednew
How to fill pdf forms
- Choose a PDF that contains form fields. They are detected and listed for you.
- Fill in each field. Checkboxes and dropdowns work as they would in a PDF reader.
- Save it flattened so nobody can change the answers, or leave it editable.
Questions
- No fields were found in my form.
- Then it is not a real form — it is a flat page with printed lines that look like fields. Use Edit PDF to place text where the boxes appear.
- What does flattening do?
- It bakes your answers into the page so they become part of the document and can no longer be edited or cleared. Use it when sending a completed form to somebody.
