Using the tools

The 60 tools here are free to use for personal and commercial work. You do not need an account, and there is no limit on how many files you process with the browser-side tools. You keep every right to the documents you put through them — we claim nothing.

What you may not do

• Process files you have no right to process.
• Use the tools to build or distribute malware, or to strip protection from a document you do not own.
• Use the URL shortener for phishing, malware, or anything deceptive. Links are screened, and abusive ones are removed.
• Automate the site at a rate that degrades it for other people, or work around the rate limits.
• Resell access to this site as though it were your own service.

We may block access that breaks these rules, and we may remove a short link at any time without notice.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are. We work hard to make them correct, but file formats are messy and conversions are imperfect. Always keep your original file. Check the output before you rely on it — especially page counts, numbers and names after OCR, and layout after a conversion.

We are not liable for lost documents, incorrect output, or any loss that follows from using the site. Because 49 of the tools run entirely in your browser, we could not recover a file for you even if you asked — we never had it.

Availability

There is no uptime guarantee. Tools can be switched off, changed or retired. A tool that depends on a service we run may be unavailable while that service is down, and the page will say so rather than failing silently.

Accounts

An account is optional and exists only to hold a balance. You sign in with Google, and you are responsible for keeping that Google account secure. One account is for one person; do not share it or resell access to it. We can suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service — automated scraping, or attempts to run up costs deliberately — and we refund any unused balance if we do.

Balance and AI runs

Every tool is free to use. Balance is bought in advance and spent only on AI runs beyond the free ones included each day. A run is charged at what the AI provider reports it used, plus our margin, and the charge is shown on your account page. Balance is not money on deposit, earns nothing, cannot be transferred to another account or cashed out except as a refund, and does not expire.

Orders are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record and handles payment, billing and invoices. Nothing renews automatically: balance is added only when you choose to add it. Prices and the markup can change, and a change applies only to runs made after it. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top reflects the last revision, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
