A tool gave the wrong result
Tell us which tool, what you put in, and what came out. The kind of file matters more than anything else — a PDF from a scanner behaves very differently from one exported by Word. Please do not attach the document itself unless you are happy for us to see it; a description is usually enough.
Reporting an abusive short link
If a /s/ link from this domain points somewhere harmful, send us the full short link. Links are screened when they are created, but screening is not perfect and a destination can turn malicious after the fact. Abusive links are removed on sight — that matters to us as much as to you, because one bad link can get this whole domain flagged in every browser.
Privacy requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to the address above. Read the privacy policy first — for the browser-side tools the honest answer is that we hold nothing, because the file never reached us.
Business and licensing
For invoiced billing, a team plan, or running these tools on your own domain, say what you need and roughly how many people will use it.
